Hi my name is Alex Albon, I am 13yrs old and I have been training with Craig for over 2 years now since the age of 11.

It may seem odd to you that someone as young as me needs a personal trainer but I have set a major goal in my life and that involves training with a fitness professional at least 3 times per week.

My goal is to one day be Formula 1 World Champion. Obviously I cannot drive the F1 cars at present but my current sport is Karting
which physically is very demanding.

My fitness levels and upper body strength need to be of a high standard to help me around the tracks and provide me with energy in the tiring moments. Karting is how all the past F1 World Champions started their careers before stepping up to the Formula 1 stage. My Heroes are Lewis Hamilton and Jensen Button and I hope that one day I will follow in there footsteps and fly the flag for Great Britain and win many world championships for my team and country.

Training with craig is always fun, I never get bored with his training routines as they are always varied and he keeps me motivated throughout. Sometimes I lose concentration like any teenager my age but Craig always gets the training back on track and keeps me focused. My Training is something that I look forward to doing each week.

  • WINNER of the KF3 Formula Kart Stars Championship
  • 5th in my first season of the WSK European KF3 championship

Hi my names Amanda, before I started training with Craig I was at the point of boredom with my workouts. I was running 30-45 minutes on the treadmill and doing typical gym exercises, with mediocre results. I had the option of choosing a one hour slot with a trainer in my local gym or to go for a highly personalised service with a more freelance personal trainer. Craig Tye was highly recommended to me by a friend who had achieved dramatic weight loss results on Craig's PLATINUM package.

I have been training with Craig for three months now on a well-designed program which includes High Intensity Interval Training, Circuit Training, Core Strengthening and Muscle Toning and Shaping. Craig designed a program which gives me an effective total body workout in one hour. Craig's program is diverse including medicine ball training, kettle bell workouts, cardio and free weights which keeps my workouts fresh and enjoyable. Results have been fast and noticeable within the first 3 weeks. After three months I can testify that in my mid-30s I am in the best physical shape of my life.

Craig is an excellent personal trainer, he is client-focused, highly professional and personable. He seeks constant feedback from me, ensuring that the program is meeting my fitness goals. He provides a unique after-care service which ranges anywhere from seeking feedback on the workouts to providing detox and nutritional advice. I look forward to my sessions, working out is fun again and not a chore.

However, while having fun, Craig always keeps one eye on the stopwatch waiting to signal the start of the next repetition.

Hi my name's Valentine, six months ago I was in despair, depressed I had basically tried every diet on the planet, they worked initially, but after a short period I would put back double the weight. This really left me with no choice but to wait to die. Then my best friend suggested personal training (I hated training) and here the story begins.

I started training initially with one trainer who was not reliable and basically probably overwhelmed with the enormity of the task; he quit after one month. This made be frustrated, however, again my friend said not to give up let’s look up on the internet for someone. Like a ‘blessing in disguise’ we came across Craig Tye’s website and we liked what we saw, so decided to call. Within two days, Craig had visited and reassured me he was committed to the cause; silly me thinking I would have had a few days off training, however Craig insisted on starting on day three.

Craig is incredible gifted at motivating, hard working, and a sensitive inspiring personal trainer. From guiding me on my meals (which he monitors, without fail) to issues regarding the little extras I can do to achieve my goal, he is brilliant. The best quality I think Craig possesses is that he is personable; I could talk to him about anything and this makes the difference.

Craig knows exactly when to push you to your limits and also when to take the foot off the pedal, he knows when you do not want to train and manages to convince you otherwise. One thing I really like about Craig is that there would be times where we would be talking between routines, and I am thinking to myself a nice little break and then all of a sudden, in a voice only Craig can manage, I would hear him say “alright come on buddy, next set”.

Halfway through achieving my goal, I have lost 3 stone, full of energy, confidence, optimistic and looking forward to training. I have no doubt that by the end of package I would have achieved my goal; importantly Craig is equipping me with the right attributes to make the lifestyle changes that are sustainable.
