Name: Alex Hi my name is Alex Albon, I am 13yrs old and I have been training with Craig for over 2 years now since the age of 11. It may seem odd to you that someone as young as me needs a personal trainer but I have set a major goal in my life and that involves training with a fitness professional at least 3 times per week. My goal is to one day be Formula 1 World Champion. Obviously I cannot drive the F1 cars at present but my current sport is Karting My fitness levels and upper body strength need to be of a high standard to help me around the tracks and provide me with energy in the tiring moments. Karting is how all the past F1 World Champions started their careers before stepping up to the Formula 1 stage. My Heroes are Lewis Hamilton and Jensen Button and I hope that one day I will follow in there footsteps and fly the flag for Great Britain and win many world championships for my team and country. Training with craig is always fun, I never get bored with his training routines as they are always varied and he keeps me motivated throughout. Sometimes I lose concentration like any teenager my age but Craig always gets the training back on track and keeps me focused. My Training is something that I look forward to doing each week. 2009 has been my most successful season to date:

Name: Amanda Hi my names Amanda, before I started training with Craig I was at the point of boredom with my workouts. I was running 30-45 minutes on the treadmill and doing typical gym exercises, with mediocre results. Craig is an excellent personal trainer, he is client-focused, highly professional and personable. He seeks constant feedback from me, ensuring that the program is meeting my fitness goals.
